  • Built, from the ground up, a robust and aggressive defense business within Navistar, which grew from $1 Million of sales to $4.3 Billion in five years.  Every year the entity was profitable. Company was sold to a strategic partner, delivering a partial exit to the company’s former shareholders.

  • As Chief Procurement Officer for Sears Holdings, LLC, in which the procurement buy was in excess of $4 Billion, achieved greater than 5% real savings annually in a very challenging environment.

  • Created a $30 Million business within the regional aircraft business with Bombardier and formed a telecommunications reseller within Ameritech.

  • Multiple P&L responsibilities and proven ability in managing people, capital, plants and equipment in both product and service industries.  Managed over 1,300 people with Navistar Defense and procured over $4 Billion of goods and services with Sears Holdings with limited resources.
