  • As Segment President, centralized the branding and sales activities of a six unit business segment to cross sell operational capabilities to existing customers and create a weighted pipeline of business to profitably increase sales by 25%.

  • As CEO, restructured a $60M organization by reducing manufacturing sites from seven to three and reducing headcount by 40+. Simultaneously enhanced commercial process to eliminate bidding on and accepting unprofitable business. End result will add 10% of margin to the business.

  • As VP/General manager, pivoted a startup business away from the residential construction market and into three new markets, increasing the weighted opportunity pipeline from <$5M to almost $20M.

  • As VP/General Manager, leveraged sig-sigma tools to identify root cause behind the 25% yield on a new manufacturing process. Implementing the solution lifted production yields to over 70%.

  • As Director, increased uncoated paper sales from less than $40M to over $120M by developing new higher margin products and higher margin distribution channels through which to sell them.
